- 2 - salmon fillets
- ½ tbsp - olive oil
- ½ tsp - salt
- 1 tbsp - olive oil
- 2 tablespoons - pure maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons - Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp - whole-grain mustard
- 1 tsp - garlic powder
- 1 tsp - apple cider vinegar
- ½ tsp - smoked paprika
- ½ tsp - salt and black pepper
- fresh thyme
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat salmon dry. Brush with olive oil, sprinkle with salt.
- Mix all sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
