Tips & Tricks (5)

  • Pat Dry Before Air Frying 💧
Use paper towels to thoroughly dry your steak before cooking; moisture prevents proper browning and creates steam instead of a perfect crust.
  • Preheat Your Air Fryer 🔥
Always preheat at 400°F for 3-5 minutes to ensure an immediate sear that locks in juices and creates that restaurant-quality crust.
  • Don't Skip the Resting Period ⏱️
Let your cooked steak rest for 5-10 minutes wrapped loosely in foil; this allows the juices to redistribute throughout the meat for maximum tenderness.
  • Butter Basting Elevates Flavor 🧈
During the last 2 minutes of cooking, add a knob of butter with fresh herbs to the basket for rich flavor and a gourmet finish.
  • Use Room Temperature Meat 🌡️
Remove your steak from the refrigerator 30 minutes before cooking to ensure even heat distribution and consistent doneness from edge to center.
