Tips & Tricks (5)
- Pork Rind Coating Technique 🥩Press pork rind crumbs firmly into the egg-coated steak bites to create a crispy, even layer that adheres perfectly during air frying.
- Moisture Control 💧Pat the steak completely dry before coating to ensure the pork rind breading sticks well and achieves maximum crispiness in the air fryer.
- Air Fryer Spacing Hack 🍽️Arrange steak bites in a single layer with slight spacing between each piece to allow hot air circulation and prevent steaming.
- Seasoning Layer Strategy 🌶️Mix your dry seasonings directly into the almond flour and pork rind crumbs for more uniform and intense flavor distribution.
- Temperature Precision 🌡️Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for the perfect sear, and cook steak bites for 4-5 minutes, flipping halfway through for even browning.
