Ingredients
- 10–11 - baby zucchini
- ⅔ cup - panko crumbs
- ⅔ cup - parmesan
- 1 - egg
- ¼ tsp - paprika
- ½ tsp - onion powder
- ½ tsp - garlic powder
- 1 tsp - Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Start by cutting of each end of the zucchini and cut into even sticks.
- Next, mix the panko, parmesan and spices into a shallow bowl.
- In separate bowl, beat the egg.
- First dip the zucchini in the egg and then panko breading mix. Repeat once more for extra crispy results or just coat once.
- Spray air fryer basket with oil and place sticks in the basket. Spray the zucchini and cook on 370 for 11 minutes or until golden.
