Ingredients

  • ¼ cup - Oil or melted butter
  • 1 tbsp - Ranch seasoning
  • 1 tbsp - Red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp - onion flakes
  • ½ tsp - Garlic powder
  • 40 - Saltine crackers

Instructions

  1. Place oil and all seasonings in a large zip-top bag.
  2. Close the bag and use your hands to squish together all of the ingredients to combine.
  3. Open the bag and add in the saltine crackers. (You may need to do this in two batches.)
  4. Close the bag and shake to coat the saltines in the seasoning mixture.
  5. Allow the saltines to sit out overnight to absorb the seasoning.
  6. Preheat oven to 250F.
  7. Line a baking sheet with tinfoil and spread the flavored crackers out on the lined baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 10 minutes until the crackers are fully dry and set.
