  • 3 tablespoon - unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon - olive oil
  • 3 cloves - garlic
  • 1 ½ cup - heavy cream
  •   - Salt
  •   - Black pepper
  • 1 cup - Parmesan cheese
  • ¾ cup - mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup - reserved pasta water

  2. Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve 1/4 cup of pasta water and drain.

  4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Season with salt and black pepper.
  5. Add Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses. Stir until melted and sauce is creamy.
  6. Add cooked pasta and reserved pasta water. Mix until fully coated in the sauce.
  7. Transfer pasta to a baking dish. Top with more mozzarella and Parmesan.
  8. Bake for 15–20 minutes until the top is golden and bubbly. Serve hot.
