Ingredients

  • 1 lb - ground beef
  • 1 - Onion
  • 1 ¼ cups - Milk
  • 1 can - Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 tsp - Garlic Salt
  • 1 tsp - Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp - Pepper
  • 1 cup - Egg Noodles
  • 1 cup - Peas frozen
  • 2 cups - Cheddar Cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350℉. Spray a 9×13 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.
  2. Add the ground beef and the onion to a large pan and cook on medium to high heat until the beef is fully cooked. Drain the grease.
  3. Add the milk, cream of mushroom, garlic salt, onion powder, and pepper to a medium-sized bowl. Stir until it's fully combined.
  4. Add the milk mixture to the pan containing the beef and onions. Add the egg noodles and peas and stir.
  5. Add everything to the baking dish and spread it around evenly.
  6. Cover the top of the baking dish with foil and put it in the oven for 25 minutes.
  7. After 25 minutes, remove the casserole from the oven and sprinkle cheese over the top.
  8. Put the casserole back in the oven, uncovered, for 5-8 minutes.
