This apple cider bourbon recipe was insanely good. I was planning on making this for our Friendsgiving party soon and this test batch proved it’s the way to go! 🙌

This is one of the best cocktails for fall! Spiced apple cider, warm bourbon, fizzy ginger beer, and a splash of lime come together for a cozy, simple cocktail. I also love this fizz because it's not too sweet like many other apple cocktails. You can also batch this cocktail if you want to make it for a crowd.

In a rocks glass (mine are 10 oz.), gently stir together the apple cider and bourbon. Fill the glass with ice, and top with ginger beer. Finish with a squeeze of lime and two dashes of ginger bitters. Serve!
To make this cocktail for a crowd, just multiply the recipe by however many people you are serving. Right before you are ready to serve, mix together the apple cider and bourbon in a pitcher. Gently stir in the ginger beer, lime juice, and ginger bitters. Serve over ice. Enjoy!
