Ingredients

  • 3 ¼ cups - Apple cider
  • ¼ tsp - Cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp - Nutmeg
  • ½ tsp - Vanilla
  • ⅛ cup - Brandy

Instructions

  1. Freeze two cups of apple cider in ice cube trays. You can do this up to 2 weeks before making the recipe.
  2. Add the cider cubes and remaining liquid cider to a blender; Add in the cinnamon, nutmeg and brandy (if using).
  3. Blend on high until it becomes a slush consistency.
  4. Serve immediately.
