Ingredients

  • 4 cups - mixed greens
  • 2 - apples
  • 2 - pears
  • ⅓ cup - goat cheese
  • ½ cup - dried cranberries
  • ½ cup - walnuts
  • 3 tablespoons - apple cider vinegar
  • 1 - shallot
  • 1 tbsp - honey
  • ¼ cup - olive oil
  • ¼ tsp - salt

Instructions

  1. Place greens in a large bowl or platter and top with sliced pears, apples, crumbled goat cheese, dried cranberries and walnuts.
  2. Place the vinegar, shallot, honey, olive oil and salt in a jar or a bowl and shake or whisk until emulsified.
