- 1 ½ cups - Flour
- 2 tablespoons - Sugar
- 1 tsp - Salt
- ½ cups - Vegetable Oil

- ⅔ cups - Sugar
- ¼ cups - Flour

- 4 cups - Apples
- ½ cups - Corn Flakes
- ⅓ cups - Brown Sugar
- ½ tsp - Ground Cinnamon
- ¼ tsp - Ground Nutmeg
- ¼ cups - Butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375℉.
- Combine 1½ cups flour, 2 teaspoons sugar, and 1 teaspoon salt in an ungreased 9-inch pie pan.
- Stir in the vegetable oil and milk.
- Press into the pie pan.
- Combine ⅔ cup sugar, ¼ cup flour, ½ teaspoon cinnamon, and ½ teaspoon nutmeg in a large bowl.
- Stir in the sour cream until blended.
- Fold in the diced apples.
- Place on top of the crust evenly.
- Stir together Corn Flakes, ⅓ cup flour, brown sugar, ½ teaspoon cinnamon, ¼ teaspoon nutmeg, and melted butter. Mix well.
- Sprinkle on top of the apple filling.
- Bake the pie at 375℉ for 35-40 minutes or until the apples are tender.
- Cool completely on a wire rack before serving.
