Ingredients

  • ½ lb - Ground Beef
  • ½ lb - Ground Pork
  • 2 tablespoons - Oyster Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons - Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp - Fresh Ginger
  • 2 teaspoons - All Purpose Seasoning
  • 4 - Rolls
  • ½ cup - Mayonnaise
  • 4 teaspoons - Thai Chili Sauce
  • 1 tsp - All Purpose Seasoning

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients in a small bowl; stir until combined.
  2. Set aside until ready to use.
  3. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; mix with hands until thoroughly combined.
  4. Form into 4 patties.
  5. Grill until desired doneness.
  6. Place each burger on bottom half of roll.
  7. Top burger with a 1/4 cup of Asian Slaw.
  8. Spread Thai Chili Sauce on inside of top bun.
  9. Serve immediately.
