Ingredients

  • 14 ounces - coleslaw mix
  • 1 cup - pea pods
  • 2 - green onions
  • 1 tbsp - soy sauce
  • 1 tsp - sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp - peanut butter
  • ¼ cup - honey
  • ¼ cup - rice wine vinegar
  • ½ tsp - all-purpose seasoning
  • ½ tsp - sriracha
  • 1 tbsp - fresh ginger
  • 1 clove - garlic
  • ¼ cup - vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Add salad ingredients to a large bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together all of the dressing ingredients.
  3. Pour dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
