- 1 - cucumber
- 1 tbsp - peanut butter
- 1 tsp - soy sauce
- ½ tsp - Sriracha sauce
- 1 clove - garlic
- sesame seeds
Instructions
- Place peanut butter, soy sauce, hot sauce and minced garlic in a medium size bowl.
- Stir well until combined.
- Dice your cucumber and place in the bowl.
- Stir to coat the cucumbers in the peanut butter sauce.
