Ingredients

  • 1 - cucumber
  • 1 tbsp - peanut butter
  • 1 tsp - soy sauce
  • ½ tsp - Sriracha sauce
  • 1 clove - garlic
  • sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Place peanut butter, soy sauce, hot sauce and minced garlic in a medium size bowl.
  2. Stir well until combined.
  3. Dice your cucumber and place in the bowl.
  4. Stir to coat the cucumbers in the peanut butter sauce.
  5. Garnish with sesame seeds.
