Asian-Style Minced Beef Stir Fry

Instructions

Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Wash the spring onions and cut them into rings or thin strips, then set aside.

Heat the oil in a pan. Add the onion and garlic and sauté until the onions are slightly translucent. Add the minced meat, break it up with a wooden spoon or similar, and cook for about five minutes until the meat is crumbly and browned, stirring occasionally.

In the meantime, mix all the ingredients for the sauce in a bowl.

Once the minced meat is nicely browned and crumbly, reduce the heat. Pour the sauce into the pan and sauté together for one minute, stirring constantly.

Serve the minced meat with side dishes of your choice and the spring onions.
