Ingredients

  • 10 ounces - bacon
  • 2 cans - whole water chestnuts
  • ½ cup - brown sugar
  • ¼ cup - bbq sauce
  • 2 tablespoons - soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400F. Wrap each slice of bacon around a water chestnut and secure with a toothpick.
  2. Arrange in a 9x13 baking dish then set aside. Whisk the brown sugar, barbecue sauce, and soy sauce together to create the sauce.
  3. Brush the sauce over each bacon wrapped water chestnut then bake for 30 minutes, brushing with remaining sauce halfway through.
