- 3 tablespoons - Za'atar seasoning
- 2 tablespoons - olive oil

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (218°C).
- Wash and cut your russet potatoes into thin fries. You can leave the skin on or peel them, depending on your preference.
