Ingredients
- 2 - apples
- 2 teaspoons - raisins
- 2 tablespoons - water
- ½ tsp - cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons - apple juice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Place cored apples in a small baking dish.
- Fill the center of each apple with raisins.
- In a small bowl, stir the water, cinnamon and apple juice. Pour evenly into the centers of each apple.
- Bake for about 55 minutes or until apples are fork tender.
- Let cool slightly, remove the skins if desired, and serve warm.
