
Baked Goat Cheese Dip
If heaven exists, I imagine that they serve this Baked Goat Cheese Dip there on a regular basis. It’s TOTALLY indulgent and definitely something that should only be consumed on special occasions (because I imagine the calories in this are…high) :D. But, it’s an indulgence that I HIGHLY recommend you partake in very soon!

Ingredients
- 10 ounces - goat cheese
- ¼ cup - parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons - olive oil
- ¼ tsp - thyme
- ¼ tsp - sage
- 2 cloves - garlic
- 1 pinch - salt and pepper
- bagel chips or toasted baguettes
- 1 handful - fresh parsley or other herb
Instructions
- Pre-heat your oven to 400 degrees F. Prepare a small, oven safe baking dish by very lightly greasing it. Set aside.
- In a blender or food processor, combine all of the ingredients and process until fully combined and creamy. It will only take about 30-60 seconds.
- Pour the mixture into your oven safe dish. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the edges of the dip are just beginning to brown.
- Let cool slightly, top with herbs, and ENJOY!!
