Preheat the oven to 180°C fan-forced or 200°C conventional. Grease a soufflé dish. Mash the banana finely with a fork in a deep plate or shallow bowl.

Add oat flour, protein powder and milk and mix to form a smooth dough.

Transfer the baked oats batter to the soufflé dish and top with the nut butter. Bake the baked oats in a convection oven at 180°C (350°F) for 15 to 20 minutes.
