
Baked Peaches
There is nothing like the taste of a ripe peach in the summer and this baked peaches recipe is the best way to enjoy it! I have created an easy recipe that highlights the fruit’s natural flavor, using a simple mix of cinnamon, coconut sugar, and butter to create a warm, caramelized topping. This is a dessert you’ll want to make all season long!

Ingredients
- 2 - ripe peaches
- 1 tsp - olive oil
- 2 tablespoons - butter
- 1 tsp - cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons - coconut sugar
- ice cream
Instructions
- First, preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Slice the peaches in half and remove the pits. Place the peaches cut-side up in a rimmed baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 15 minutes. Then, carefully remove from the oven. In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, cinnamon, and coconut sugar. Stir together.
- Spoon this mixture into the middle of each peach. Bake for an additional 10 to 12 minutes, or until warm and bubbling.
- Finally, remove from the oven. If desired, top with vanilla ice cream!
