Baked Peaches

Instructions

First, preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Slice the peaches in half and remove the pits. Place the peaches cut-side up in a rimmed baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil.

Bake for 15 minutes. Then, carefully remove from the oven. In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, cinnamon, and coconut sugar. Stir together.

Spoon this mixture into the middle of each peach. Bake for an additional 10 to 12 minutes, or until warm and bubbling.

Finally, remove from the oven. If desired, top with vanilla ice cream!
