Ingredients

  • 2 - Apples
  • ½ cup - Onions
  • 1 tbsp - olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons - All Purpose Seasoning
  • 4 - Pork chops
  • 2 tablespoons - butter
  • 2 tablespoons - brown sugar
  • ½ tsp - Cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Spray a 13×9 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Arrange the apple slices in the bottom of the baking dish in a single layer.
  4. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.
  5. Add the onion and saute until tender and translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
  6. Season both sides of the pork chops with All Purpose Seasoning.
  7. Add the pork chops to the skillet; cook until just browned on each side, about 2 minutes per side. The pork will not be cooked through.
  8. Transfer the pork chops to a plate and set aside.
  9. Add the butter, brown sugar and cinnamon to the skillet and cook until melted.
  10. Pour the butter mixture over the apples and arrange the browned pork chops on top.
  11. Bake for 30 minutes or until the internal temperature of the pork chops reaches 145 degrees F
