Ingredients
- 2 - Apples
- ½ cup - Onions
- 1 tbsp - olive oil
- 2 teaspoons - All Purpose Seasoning
- 4 - Pork chops
- 2 tablespoons - butter
- 2 tablespoons - brown sugar
- ½ tsp - Cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Spray a 13×9 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Arrange the apple slices in the bottom of the baking dish in a single layer.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.
- Add the onion and saute until tender and translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
- Season both sides of the pork chops with All Purpose Seasoning.
- Add the pork chops to the skillet; cook until just browned on each side, about 2 minutes per side. The pork will not be cooked through.
- Transfer the pork chops to a plate and set aside.
- Add the butter, brown sugar and cinnamon to the skillet and cook until melted.
- Pour the butter mixture over the apples and arrange the browned pork chops on top.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until the internal temperature of the pork chops reaches 145 degrees F
