Tips & Tricks (5)
- Potato Selection Perfection 🥔Choose high-starch potatoes like Russet or Idaho for the fluffiest interior and crispiest skin when air frying.
- Piercing Precision 🔪Always pierce the potato 4-5 times with a fork before cooking to allow steam to escape and prevent potential potato explosions.
- Oil Coating Technique 🧴Lightly coat the potato skin with canola oil and kosher salt to ensure maximum crispiness and flavor penetration.
- Fluffiness Hack 💨After cooking, gently squeeze the potato and let it rest for 2-3 minutes to allow the interior to become extra fluffy and light.
- Topping Temperature Trick 🧈Let toppings like butter and sour cream come to room temperature before adding to ensure they melt and blend smoothly into the hot potato.
