Ingredients

  • 8 ounces - Ricotta cheese
  • 16 ounces - Sour cream
  • 2 cloves - Garlic
  • 2 tablespoons - Garlic Herb Seasoning
  • ½ cup - Provolone cheese
  • ½ cup - Mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350℉.
  2. In a bowl combine provolone and mozzarella cheese; reserve ¼ cup and set aside.
  3. Add ricotta cheese, sour cream, seasoning mix and garlic to the cheeses; stir to combine.
  4. Spread mixture into a small baking dish (8×8 square dish or pie plate).
  5. Spread reserved cheese on top.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes.
  7. Serve with baguette slices or crackers.
