Ingredients
- 8 ounces - Ricotta cheese
- 16 ounces - Sour cream
- 2 cloves - Garlic
- 2 tablespoons - Garlic Herb Seasoning
- ½ cup - Provolone cheese
- ½ cup - Mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350℉.
- In a bowl combine provolone and mozzarella cheese; reserve ¼ cup and set aside.
- Add ricotta cheese, sour cream, seasoning mix and garlic to the cheeses; stir to combine.
- Spread mixture into a small baking dish (8×8 square dish or pie plate).
- Spread reserved cheese on top.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Serve with baguette slices or crackers.
