Ingredients

  • 4 pounds - Yukon Gold potatoes
  • 1 ½ tablespoons - Salt
  • ½ cup - Butter
  • ½ cup - Sour cream
  • ¼ cup - Half and half
  • 2 teaspoons - All Purpose Seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Place sliced potatoes into a large pot and cover with water; add salt and bring to a boil.
  3. Simmer until potatoes are fork tender, about 20 to 25 minutes. Drain potatoes and transfer to a large bowl.
  4. Mash the potatoes and stir in the melted butter, sour cream, half and half and All Purpose Seasoning.
  5. Spray a 9×13 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  6. Spread the potato mixture into the prepared baking dish. At this point you can cover and refrigerate until ready to bake.
  7. When ready to bake, place baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the potatoes are heated through.
