  • 1 cup - flour
  • ½ cup - sugar
  • 1 ½ teaspoons - baking powder
  • ½ tsp - baking soda
  • ¼ tsp - salt
  • ½ cup - dairy-free milk
  • 3 tablespoons - coconut oil
  • 1 tsp - lemon juice
  • ½ tsp - vanilla extract
  • 1 cup - vegan chocolate
  • 1 tbsp - coconut oil
  •   - Vegan spinkles

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. In a second small mixing bowl, stir together dairy-free milk, coconut oil, lemon juice, and vanilla extract. Transfer the wet ingredients into the dry and stir until just combined.
  2. Grease the donut pan with a little coconut oil. Pipe batter into donut pan with piping bag or ziplock bag with the end cut off.
  3. Bake at 350°F for 10-15 minutes, until cooked through. Remove from oven and let sit for 10 minutes, then flip onto a cooling rack to let cool completely.
  4. In a shallow bowl, stir together melted vegan chocolate chips and coconut oil. Dip donuts into glaze then place back onto cooling back, sprinkle with festive sprinkles. Best if enjoyed immediately!
