  • 3 tablespoon - unsalted butter
  •  Dash - olive oil
  • 3 cloves - garlic
  • 4 tablespoon - tomato paste
  • 1 shot - vodka
  • 1 cup - heavy cream
  • ½ cup - Parmesan cheese
  • ½ teaspoon - salt
  • ¼ teaspoon - black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon - garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon - onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon - dried parsley
  • 8 ounce - cream cheese
  • 1 cup - ricotta cheese
  • ¾ cup - mozzarella cheese
  •   - Firehook crackers or bread

  1. Preheat oven to broil setting.
  2. In a pan over medium heat, melt butter with a dash of olive oil. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Stir in tomato paste and cook for 1–2 minutes until darkened. Add vodka and let simmer to cook off alcohol.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and whisk to combine. Simmer for 7–10 minutes until thickened.
  5. Add Parmesan cheese and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and parsley. Let the sauce cool slightly.
  6. In a large bowl, combine softened cream cheese, ricotta, mozzarella, and the cooled vodka sauce. Stir until well mixed.
  7. Transfer mixture to an oven-safe dish and top with extra mozzarella.
  8. Broil for 5–7 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  9. Serve hot with Firehook crackers or toasted bread.
