  • 2 cloves - garlic
  • ½  - white onion
  • 1 tablespoon - olive oil
  • 1 pound - ground beef
  •   - Salt and pepper
  • 1 jar - tomato sauce
  • ½ cup - ricotta cheese
  •   - Fresh basil leaves
  • 1 cup - mozzarella cheese

  2. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil and sauté garlic and onion until translucent.

  5. Pour in the tomato sauce and stir in the ricotta cheese. Let the sauce simmer for 5 minutes.
