  • ¼ tsp - baking soda
  • ¼ tsp - baking powder
  • 1 pinch - salt
  • 100 grams - butter
  • 150 grams - brown sugar
  • 50 grams - white sugar
  • 1 tsp - vanilla extract
  • 1 - egg
  • 1 - egg yolk
  • 100 grams - dark chocolate
  • 80 grams - milk chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Set to 180°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk together melted butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until glossy.
  3. Stir in vanilla extract, then the whole egg and egg yolk until smooth.
  4. Bake for exactly 12 minutes. The centers will look soft, this is correct.
  5. Drop the tray on the counter once or twice straight out of the oven. Rest for 5 minutes on the tray before serving warm.
