Ingredients

  • ¾ cup - coconut sugar
  • ½ cup - unsalted butter
  • 1 - egg
  • 1 tsp - vanilla extract
  • 1 cup - flour
  • 1 ¼ cups - mashed bananas
  • 1 pinch - sea salt
  • ⅔ cup - dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. First, preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line an 8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add all ingredients except chocolate chips. Stir to combine.
  3. Fold in chocolate chips.
  4. Transfer batter to the lined baking pan. Dot with extra chocolate chips on top if desired.
  5. Bake for 24 to 27 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  6. Finally, remove from oven. Allow brownies to cool for 1 hour before carefully slicing and serving.
