Ingredients

  • ¾ cup - all-purpose flour
  • ¼ tsp - baking soda
  • ⅛ tsp - salt
  • ⅔ cup - peanut butter chips
  • ⅓ cup - banana chips
  • 1 cup - white sugar
  • ½ cup - unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp - pure vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F.
  2. Grease an 8-inch baking dish with a coat of butter and dust with flour or spray with non-stick spray. Set aside.
  3. Combine flour, baking soda, salt, peanut butter chips and crushed banana chips in a mixing bowl.
  4. Mix well to evenly distribute the ingredients. Set aside.
  5. In a large mixing bowl, cream together sugar, butter and vanilla with an electric mixer on high speed.
  6. Add eggs. Beat mixture on high until it is fluffy and thoroughly combined.
  7. Slowly add the dry flour mixture to the sugar/butter mixture. Stir quite well to thoroughly combine all ingredients.
  8. Spoon all of the mixture into the baking dish.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  10. Cool completely. Cut into bars and enjoy.
