Ingredients
- 3 cups - Chicken
- 1 cup - Barbecue sauce
- 1 lb - Bacon
- 6 slices - Colby Jack cheese
- 12 - Kings Hawaiian Rolls
- 3 tablespoons - Butter
- 1 tbsp - Parmesan cheese
- ½ tsp - Barbecue Seasoning
- 2 cups - Coleslaw
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded, cooked chicken and BBQ sauce; Stir to combine.
- Spray a 13×9 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Slice the rolls in half, lengthwise and place the bottom half in the baking dish.
- Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the bottom half of the rolls.
- Top the chicken with bacon crumbles and even cover with cheese.
- Top with the roll tops.
- In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, BBQ seasoning and parmesan cheese. Evenly brush the mixture over the tops of the rolls.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until the rolls are golden brown.
- Remove the sliders from the oven, lift off the top and evenly spread the prepared coleslaw on top. Slice into individual sliders before serving.
