Ingredients

  • 2 pounds - boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • ½ tsp - sea salt
  • ½ tsp - black pepper
  • ½ tsp - garlic powder
  • ½ tsp - onion powder
  • 1 cup - BBQ sauce

Instructions

  1. First, preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray a baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. Pat chicken dry with paper towels. Season on both sides with sea salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder.
  3. Brush chicken with ½ cup BBQ sauce on both sides. Place chicken in dish.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes. Then, remove pan from oven. Brush chicken with remaining ½ cup BBQ sauce. Return pan to oven to bake for an additional 15 to 20 minutes.
  5. Use meat thermometer to check internal temperature of chicken. Chicken is done when it has reached 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
  6. Finally, remove BBQ chicken thighs from oven. Serve!
