  • 4 cloves - garlic
  • 1 tsp - black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons - paprika
  • 1 tsp - salt
  • 2 teaspoons - olive oil
  • 1 tbsp - honey
  • ¼ cup - low-calorie BBQ sauce
  • 225 grams - macaroni pasta
  • 250 milliliters - skimmed milk
  • 120 grams - light cream cheese
  • 40 grams - fat-free cheddar cheese
  •   - Green onions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine minced garlic, pepper, paprika, salt, and olive oil. Rub mixture over chicken breasts.
  3. Bake chicken in the oven for 20–25 minutes or until cooked through.
  4. In a small saucepan, heat skimmed milk over medium heat. Stir in cream cheese and cook until melted.
  5. Add cheddar cheese and stir until smooth and creamy.
  6. Cook macaroni pasta according to package instructions, drain, and mix with cheese sauce.
  7. Once chicken is baked, brush with honey and BBQ sauce, then broil for 2–3 minutes to caramelize.
  8. Slice chicken and assemble into 4 meal prep containers with mac & cheese.
