  • 1 can - chickpeas
  • ¼ teaspoon - baking soda
  •  Heaping - tahini
  • 1  - lemon
  • 3 cloves - garlic
  • ¼ teaspoon - ground cumin
  • ¼ teaspoon - ground coriander
  • 1 heaping teaspoon - kosher salt
  •   - black pepper
  • ½ tablespoon - extra virgin olive oil

  5. Blend until smooth and creamy, adding olive oil for richness if desired.
