  • ½ cup - walnut pieces
  • 5 ounces - baby arugula
  • ½ cup - blueberries
  • ½ cup - blackberries
  • ½ cup - strawberries
  • ½ cup - goat cheese
  • ⅓ cup - dried cranberries
  • raspberry vinaigrette dressing

Instructions

  1. Toast the walnuts in a large skillet over medium heat, stirring often, for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and fragrant. Remove from heat and set aside to cool.
  2. Place the arugula, berries, goat cheese, dried cranberries and walnuts in a large bowl. Add the desired amount of dressing and toss gently to coat. Serve immediately and enjoy!
