- ½ cup - walnut pieces
- 5 ounces - baby arugula
- ½ cup - blueberries
- ½ cup - blackberries
- ½ cup - strawberries
- ½ cup - goat cheese
- ⅓ cup - dried cranberries
- raspberry vinaigrette dressing
Instructions
- Toast the walnuts in a large skillet over medium heat, stirring often, for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and fragrant. Remove from heat and set aside to cool.
