Ingredients

  • 1 lb - ground beef
  • 1 - Yellow onion
  • 1 tsp - All Purpose Seasoning
  • 8 ounces - Iceberg lettuce
  • 1 cup - Tomatoes
  • ¾ cup - Cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup - Dill pickles
  • Sesame seeds
  • ½ cup - Mayonnaise
  • 4 tablespoons - Relish
  • 2 tablespoons - Dijon mustard
  • 1 ½ tablespoons - Honey
  • 1 tbsp - White vinegar
  • 1 tsp - Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp - Onion powder
  • 1 tsp - Paprika

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium high heat, add the ground beef, diced onions and All Purpose Seasoning. Cook and crumble the beef with a spoon for 6-7 minutes or until the beef is no longer pink. Drain off any excess fat.
  2. Meanwhile, whisk together all of the ingredients for the dressing in a bowl. If the mixture is too thick for your liking, you can thin it out by adding a teaspoon of water. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  3. Add the chopped lettuce, tomatoes, shredded cheese and diced pickles to a large bowl.
  4. Top with the ground beef mixture.
  5. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and top with sesame seeds
