Big Mac Tater Tot Casserole
My Big Mac Tater Tot Casserole is perfect to make for a no-fuss weeknight dinner. It’s cheesy and beefy topped with crispy tater tots and creamy Big Mac Sauce. I have made it for so many different occasions and everyone loves it. It combines the nostalgic flavors of a Big Mac – savory ground beef, “special sauce,” pickles, and cheese – with the ultimate comfort food base of tater tots. It’s familiar yet exciting.

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400℉.

- Add the shredded cheese in a single layer on top of the beef.
- Arrange the tater tots in a single layer on top of the cheese.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the tater tots are golden and crispy.
- Remove the casserole from the oven and top with shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes and chopped pickles. Drizzle with the reserved sauce before serving.
