Tips & Tricks (5)
- Kiss Placement Perfection 💋Press the Birthday Cake Kisses into the warm cookies immediately after baking to create a beautiful, slightly melted topping that looks professional and tastes incredible.
- Cake Mix Magic 🎂Sift the Funfetti cake mix before mixing to eliminate any lumps and ensure a smoother, more consistent cookie texture that will impress even the pickiest eaters.
- Chill for Success 🧊Refrigerate the cookie dough for 30 minutes before baking to prevent spreading and create perfectly round, bakery-style cookies with crisp edges and soft centers.
- Sprinkle Strategy 🎉Add extra sprinkles to the top of the cookies just before baking to create a more vibrant, festive look that captures the true birthday cake essence.
- Even Sizing Technique 📏Use a cookie scoop or tablespoon to ensure uniform cookie sizes, which will guarantee consistent baking and a professional presentation every time.
