Ingredients
- 2 cups - Oats
- ½ cup - Almond Milk, or milk of choice
- ¼ cup - Coconut Milk Yogurt, or yogurt of choice
- 2 tablespoons - Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 tbsp - Cashew Butter, or almond butter
- 1 tbsp - Rainbow Sprinkles
- 2 teaspoons - Pure Maple Syrup
- ½ tbsp - Chia Seeds
- ½ tsp - Vanilla Extract
- ¼ tsp - Almond Extract
- 1 pinch - Salt
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a bowl or mason jar. Stir until well combined. Add more maple syrup to taste, if you want it sweeter. Cover and place in the fridge overnight or at least 4 hours.
- The next morning (or when ready to eat), give the oats a stir. If the mixture seems too thick, you can stir in a splash of milk. Add toppings, like whipped cream and sprinkles, if desired. Enjoy!
