Ingredients

  • 2 cups - Oats
  • ½ cup - Almond Milk, or milk of choice
  • ¼ cup - Coconut Milk Yogurt, or yogurt of choice
  • 2 tablespoons - Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 tbsp - Cashew Butter, or almond butter
  • 1 tbsp - Rainbow Sprinkles
  • 2 teaspoons - Pure Maple Syrup
  • ½ tbsp - Chia Seeds
  • ½ tsp - Vanilla Extract
  • ¼ tsp - Almond Extract
  • 1 pinch - Salt

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a bowl or mason jar. Stir until well combined. Add more maple syrup to taste, if you want it sweeter. Cover and place in the fridge overnight or at least 4 hours.
  2. The next morning (or when ready to eat), give the oats a stir. If the mixture seems too thick, you can stir in a splash of milk. Add toppings, like whipped cream and sprinkles, if desired. Enjoy!
