
Biscoff Overnight Oats

Ingredients
- ½ cup - Oats
- ½ cup - Soy Milk, or any non-dairy milk
- ¼ cup - Almond Milk Yogurt, or any non-dairy yogurt
- 2 tablespoons - Vanilla Protein Powder
- 2 teaspoons - Chia Seeds, or flaxseed meal
- 1 tbsp - Biscoff Cookie Butter - Lotus Biscoff
- ½ tsp - Vanilla Extract
- ½ tsp - Cinnamon
- 1 pinch - Salt
- 1 tbsp - Biscoff Cookie Butter - Lotus Biscoff
- 1 - whole Biscoff Classic Cookies - Lotus Biscoff
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl or jar and stir together. Cover and place in the fridge overnight or at least 4 hours.
- Heat a tablespoon of Biscoff cookie butter in the microwave for 20-30 seconds, until melted. Pour and spread over the oats. Place in the freezer for 5-10 minutes to let the topping set. Top with a crumbled Biscoff cookie and any other toppings as desired. Enjoy!
