Ingredients

  • ½ cup - Oats
  • ½ cup - Soy Milk, or any non-dairy milk
  • ¼ cup - Almond Milk Yogurt, or any non-dairy yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons - Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 2 teaspoons - Chia Seeds, or flaxseed meal
  • 1 tbsp - Biscoff Cookie Butter - Lotus Biscoff
  • ½ tsp - Vanilla Extract
  • ½ tsp - Cinnamon
  • 1 pinch - Salt
  • 1 tbsp - Biscoff Cookie Butter - Lotus Biscoff
  • 1 - whole Biscoff Classic Cookies - Lotus Biscoff

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl or jar and stir together. Cover and place in the fridge overnight or at least 4 hours.
  2. Heat a tablespoon of Biscoff cookie butter in the microwave for 20-30 seconds, until melted. Pour and spread over the oats. Place in the freezer for 5-10 minutes to let the topping set. Top with a crumbled Biscoff cookie and any other toppings as desired. Enjoy!
