Instructions

1

Preheat oven to 375℉.
2
|
Liberally spray two mini muffin trays with baking spray and set aside.
3
|
Roll the crescent roll dough out on a clean surface or cutting board. Pinch together the pre-cut creases, then use a pizza cutter to cut the dough into 24 equal squares. (I did 6 columns from the top and 4 rows from the side.)
4
|
Place each cut crescent dough square in the prepared mini muffin trays. Press down to form a small muffin cup.
5
|
Cut up the brie into 24 pieces and divide among all muffin cups. Top with 2-3 blueberries each.
6
|
Bake for 10-12 minutes, until lightly golden.

Tips & Tricks (5)

  • Chill Your Brie First ❄️
Freeze the brie wedges for 15-20 minutes before wrapping to prevent the cheese from leaking out during baking and ensure a perfect gooey center.
  • Seal the Dough Edges Tightly 🔒
Pinch and press the crescent roll dough edges firmly around the brie to create an airtight seal, preventing melted cheese from escaping and burning on the pan.
  • Pat Blueberries Dry 💧
Gently pat blueberries with paper towels before topping to remove excess moisture, which prevents sogginess and helps them caramelize beautifully in the oven.
  • Toast at High Heat for Crispness 🥐
Bake at 400°F for optimal results—this temperature ensures the pastry turns golden and flaky while the brie melts without overcooking the blueberries.
  • Add Honey Drizzle Before Serving 🍯
Warm honey mixed with a pinch of thyme and drizzled over the bites just before serving amplifies the sweet-savory balance and adds an elegant, restaurant-quality finish.
