Roll the crescent roll dough out on a clean surface or cutting board. Pinch together the pre-cut creases, then use a pizza cutter to cut the dough into 24 equal squares. (I did 6 columns from the top and 4 rows from the side.)

Place each cut crescent dough square in the prepared mini muffin trays. Press down to form a small muffin cup.
5

Cut up the brie into 24 pieces and divide among all muffin cups. Top with 2-3 blueberries each.

Bake for 10-12 minutes, until lightly golden.

Tips & Tricks (5)
- Chill Your Brie First 🧊Freeze the brie wedges for 15-20 minutes before wrapping in crescent dough to prevent excessive melting and maintain clean presentation during baking.
- Seal the Pastry Edges ✨Press the crescent roll edges firmly together and pinch any seams to create an airtight seal that prevents cheese from leaking out during baking.
- Toast Blueberries Lightly 🫐Toss fresh blueberries in a tiny drizzle of honey and bake them on a separate tray for 3-4 minutes before topping the bites to concentrate their flavor and prevent sogginess.
- Watch for Golden Edges ⏱️Bake at 375°F for 12-15 minutes and remove when the pastry is just golden brown—every oven varies, so check at 12 minutes to avoid overbaking the cheese.
- Add a Finishing Touch 🍯Drizzle a tiny amount of aged balsamic reduction or thyme-infused honey over the warm bites just before serving to elevate the sweet-savory balance and add sophistication.
