Tips & Tricks (5)
- Muddle with Purpose 🫐Gently muddle blueberries and mint together for only 3-4 seconds to release flavors without crushing the berries into pulp or creating a bitter mint taste.
- Homemade Syrup Excellence 🍯Make blueberry simple syrup by simmering fresh blueberries with equal parts sugar and water, then straining through fine mesh to achieve a smooth, concentrated flavor without sediment.
- Fresh Juice Only 🍋Always use freshly squeezed lime juice rather than bottled, as it provides superior brightness and acidity that bottled versions cannot match in this delicate cocktail.
- Ice Matters Most 🧊Use large, quality ice cubes that melt slowly to prevent the mojito from becoming diluted; crush or shave ice only at the very end if desired for texture.
- Chill Your Glass First 🥃Pre-chill your glass in the freezer for 5 minutes before preparing the drink to maintain the optimal serving temperature throughout the drinking experience.
