  • 5 slices - prosciutto
  • 1 tablespoon - olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon - unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves - garlic
  • 1 ¼ cup - heavy cream
  • 1 package - Boursin cheese Garlic &
  • ½ cup - Parmesan cheese
  •   - Salt
  •   - Black pepper
  • ¼ cup - reserved pasta water

  4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.

  7. Add cooked pasta and reserved pasta water. Toss to combine.
