Breakfast Banana Split
Inspired by the classic ice cream dessert, this Breakfast Banana Split is the ultimate dessert for breakfast! It's a fun, healthy treat made with yogurt, fresh berries, and granola, and it comes together in no time.

- Step 1
Slice the banana in half lengthwise, then remove the peel and place on a plate.
- Step 2
In a small bowl, combine yogurt and protein powder (if using). Stir until combined and smooth. If you're not using protein powder, skip this step.
- Step 3
Add yogurt mixture in the middle of the banana halves. Top with berries, granola, and cacao nibs.
- Step 4
Add chocolate SunButter to a small bowl and microwave for 20 seconds to melt it into a drippy consistency. Use a spoon to drizzle it over the banana split. Enjoy!
