Instructions
1
Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a ramekin.
2
Add all base ingredients to a bowl and stir until combined.
3
Transfer half of the batter to another bowl to divide it into two. To one bowl, add vanilla protein powder, cashew butter, and chocolate chips. To the other bowl, add chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, and chocolate chips. Stir until well combined.
4
Pour both batters into the prepared ramekin at the same time from opposite sides. Smooth out the top.
5
Bake for 15-20 minutes. 15-18 minutes will result in a slightly gooey center, and 20 minutes will result in a firm, cake like consistency. Let cool slightly before enjoying.

Tips & Tricks (5)
- Layering Technique for Perfect Swirls 🎨Alternate spoonfuls of cookie batter and brownie batter into your ramekin, then gently swirl with a toothpick to create beautiful marbled brownie-cookie patterns that also ensure even flavor distribution.
- Toast Your Oat Flour First 🌾Lightly toast the oat flour in a dry skillet for 2-3 minutes before mixing to enhance its nutty flavor and prevent a raw, dense texture in the final baked oats.
- Warm Your Nut Butter for Smooth Blending 🥜Microwave the cashew butter for 15-20 seconds before adding it to ensure it blends seamlessly into the batter without creating lumps or dry streaks.
- Use Room Temperature Protein Powder 🥛Store your protein powder at room temperature and let all wet ingredients warm slightly before mixing to avoid clumping and ensure a smooth, lump-free batter.
- Check Doneness at the 12-Minute Mark ⏱️Insert a toothpick at 12 minutes—it should have a few fudgy crumbs but not be wet, since these single-serve portions cook faster than traditional brownies and can dry out quickly.
