Ingredients

  • ⅓ cup - Oat Flour
  • 6 tablespoons - Soy Milk, or milk of choice
  • 2 tablespoons - Applesauce
  • 1 tbsp - Pure Maple Syrup, or sweetener of choice
  • ½ tsp - Baking Powder
  • ½ tsp - Vanilla Extract
  • 1 pinch - Salt
  • 1 tbsp - Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 tbsp - Cashew Butter, or other nut butter
  • 1 tbsp - Dark Chocolate Chips
  • 1 tbsp - Chocolate Protein Powder, or vanilla protein powder
  • ½ tbsp - Cocoa Powder
  • 1 tbsp - Dark Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a ramekin.
  2. Add all base ingredients to a bowl and stir until combined.
  3. Transfer half of the batter to another bowl to divide it into two. To one bowl, add vanilla protein powder, cashew butter, and chocolate chips. To the other bowl, add chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, and chocolate chips. Stir until well combined.
  4. Pour both batters into the prepared ramekin at the same time from opposite sides. Smooth out the top.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes. 15-18 minutes will result in a slightly gooey center, and 20 minutes will result in a firm, cake like consistency. Let cool slightly before enjoying.
