Ingredients

  • 2 cups - carrots
  • 3 slice - bacon
  • 1 - onion
  • 3 tablespoons - brown sugar
  • 1 tsp - all-purpose seasoning blend

Instructions

  1. Steam carrots until they are fork tender.
  2. Drain and set aside.
  3. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook bacon until crisp.
  4. Remove bacon and place on paper towels to drain off excess grease. Crumble and set aside.
  5. Reserve 1 tablespoon of bacon drippings in skillet.
  6. Sauté onion in bacon drippings over medium-high heat for 3 minutes or until tender.
  7. Stir in brown sugar, All Purpose Seasoning and cooked carrots.
  8. Cook for 5 minutes or until carrots are glazed and heated through.
