Instructions
1
Make your espresso with a machine if you have one. If you don't have a machine, mix together the espresso powder with hot water.
2
After preparing your espresso, mix in the brown sugar and cinnamon while it's still hot, stirring until they are mostly melted. Then, set it aside.
3
Combine heavy cream, whole milk and vanilla syrup in a small bowl. Use a mini mixer or whisk by hand to create a frothy and sweet cream topping.
4
Prepare your drinking cup with ice, if you prefer an iced drink.
5
Firstly, pour the espresso mixture.
6
Next, mix the oatmilk with a spoon into the mixture.
7
Add the homemade sweet cream foam on top.

Tips & Tricks (5)
- Bloom Espresso Powder First ☕Mix espresso powder with a small amount of hot water before adding to your shaker to fully activate the coffee flavor and prevent clumping in the final drink.
- Chill Your Shaker & Glass 🧊Pre-chill your cocktail shaker and serving glass in the freezer for 5 minutes before shaking to keep the drink cold longer and prevent the oat milk from separating.
- Brown Sugar Syrup Hack 🍯Make a brown sugar simple syrup (1:1 ratio with hot water) ahead of time rather than using granulated brown sugar, which dissolves unevenly and creates a smoother, more consistent sweetness.
- Vigorous Shake Technique 🤝Shake vigorously for 10-12 seconds with ice to create proper emulsification between the espresso, oat milk, and heavy cream, resulting in a luxurious, velvety foam on top.
- Toast Cinnamon for Depth 🌟Lightly toast cinnamon sticks or powder in a dry skillet for 30 seconds before adding to enhance its natural oils and create a more complex, warm spice flavor throughout the drink.
